Sliding it around the inside of a pot allows you to release a plant without disturbing its main root ball, allowing it the best chance of thriving in its new home. Slice through tangled roots with the serrated blade. Dig tight holes for adding new plants, either by scooping or by plunging in the blade and pulling it towards you. This knife is endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society, perhaps the ultimate accolade in the world of gardening!
Crafted in high-carbon steel for strength and durability, it has a tough powder coating for rust resistance, and the blade features depth markings for accurate planting.

This “container” tool is amazing and incredibly easy to use. It works when other tools have failed , every gardener using containers should have one. I have also been known to use it in the ground when struggling to move plants. I truly wouldn’t be without it .
